Your Sonocaddie comes with a 1 year guarantee form the original date of purchase.

Please retain your proof of purchase for verification purposes.

Within the guarantee period, any repair or replacement of the product will be covered by Sonocaddie at no charge for parts or labour.

To obtain "in warranty service" please email sales@sonocaddie.com.au for details of where to send the unit to, alternatively call our service centre on 07 3491 3363.

The above warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident, improper use, liquid damage, misuse or other human errors, and defects from installation and batteries. Our warranty service department will double check the item if the unit is valid for warranty service.

With invalid warranty service or period, purchaser will be notified of all the cost for parts, labour, and shipping cost. Therefore, please contact our warranty service department for further details.

* Shipping will usually take 72 hours (outlying areas slightly longer) from date of purchase and is free within Australia.

Out of Box Failure (OBF)
In the unlikely event of your Sonocaddie being defective within the first 7 days of your purchase please email sales@sonocaddie.com.au to notify us that your unit is OBF and we will arrange for your unit to be replaced at no expense to you (provided our service department has checked the validity of such claim). Should your unit be faulty after the 7 day OBF period then the usual "Guarantee terms" as above will become relevant.
